These data comprises the seasons July-August-September (JAS) for the period 1997-2012 for WS, and 1963-2012 for 20CR and 20CR(bc) data. Original WS and 20CR linear correlation statistics for the period 1997-2012 are r=0.53,p=0.04,n=16. These statistics for original WS and bias corrected 20CR(bc) data are r=0.51,p=0.05,n=16.
