Removed from incubation. 15 ml removed and transferred to a 10 ml glass septum topped vial using a glass syringe. This procedure was done twice. The first vial was fixed and became T--0 and the second vial was placed on the rocker-- to be incubated in the dark for 5 hours. 3 ml was removed and placed into a bacterial vial with ml of gluteraldehyde. Bacterial and absorbance samples were stored in the fridge and nutrient samples
