Removed from incubation. 15 ml removed and transferred to a 10 ml glass septum topped vial using a glass syringe. This procedure was done twice. The first vial was fixed and became T-0 and the second vial was placed on the rocker-shaker to be incubated in the dark for 5 hours. 3 ml was removed and placed into a bacterial vial with _________ ml of gluteraldehyde.
