「讀墓」研究計畫(streiter2008building,streiter2010thakbong),旨於以數位人文資訊系統及語料庫記錄台灣墓碑,目前已累積570餘天的田野工作,資料庫中收錄來自超過七百座墓園,六萬五千萬多座墳墓的二十二多萬張照片,每張皆附有GPS資訊。While most tombs have been documented through photos that we have taken, the oldest tombstones, many of them are lost, are sometimes documented through digitized versions of previous documentations in archives and articles. Main sources of information are: \cite{zhufeng53,shiwanshou75,linhengdao69}. \cite{zhufeng53,Shiyangwei53,linhengdao69,shiwanshou75}.  Most of these Ming tombstone documentations of previous generations have however been made without a photographic record and are essentially incomplete, vague and sometimes inconsistent. inconsistent.\footnote{\cite{zhufeng53} Tombstone 7 and its equivalent \cite{shiwanshou75} Tombstone 23 differ by the absence or presence of the character 「門」. \cite{zhufeng53} Tombstone 10 and its equivalent \cite{shiwanshou75} Tombstone 62 differ by the absence or presence of the character 「考」. \footnote{\cite{zhufeng53} Tombstone 19 and 22 are not included in \cite{shiwanshou75}.}  The number of tombs included in this study are listed in Table 1.
