In order to evaluate TCP and NTCP in presence of gold, the control dose-response parameters of the volume under consideration must be delineated first. Different trials (see table \ref{trials}) were considered for the TCP/NTCP estimation. Two algorithms based on equations \ref{tcp} and \ref{ntcp} were implemented and calibrated with experimental TCP/NTCP statistics. Values of $TD_{50}$, $\gamma$, $m$, and $n$ were thus optimized through the experimental results and used to evaluate control TCP/NTCP for different trials. The optimized parameters are listed in table \ref{tcp_ntcp}.  Estimation of TCP and NTCP in presence of gold was performed by evaluation of the equivalent dose given by a certain distribution of nanoparticles. The GNPs distribution was considered as described in the previous section, with different values of the maximum number of nanoparticles $\bar N_{GNP}$.  \begin{table}  \begin{tabular}{ccc}  & \textbf{Healty breast} & \textbf{Tumor} \\\hline
