# Introduction  Small-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma is an undifferentiated neoplasm composed of primitive-appearing cells, it is frequently encountered in bronchogenic tissue, extrapulmonary locations are extremely rare accounting for about only 5% of all cases.\cite{17364353} We report a case of small-cell carcinoma of the nasopharynx who successfully underwent surgery in order to remove meningeal metastases. We discuss the treatment options and a review of the literature.  # Case Report  A 76-year-old man presenting headche, nasal blockage and epistaxis was admitted in our hospital. A CT scan revealed a growing mass of soft tissue involving the etmmoidal cells, left maxillary, fontal left and sphenoid sinus. (Figure 1.) Initial biopsy was not suggestive of neoplasic dissease. Complete excision through a lateral rhinotomy approach was then performed. The postoperative histopathologic report was suggestive of sinonasal neuroendocrine carcinoma, which was confirmed by immunohistochemistry. Subsequently the patient was treated with multiple cycles of chemo and radiotherapy.  During the clinical follow-up a CT scan of the head was performed showing a ... (Figure 2.)  # Discussion
