# Introduction
Small-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma is an undifferentiated neoplasm composed of primitive-appearing cells, it is frequently encountered in bronchogenic tissue,
extrapulmonary extra-pulmonary locations are extremely rare accounting for about only 5% of all cases.\cite{17364353} We report a case of small-cell carcinoma of the nasopharynx who successfully underwent surgery in order to remove meningeal metastases. We discuss the treatment options and a review of the literature.
