\subsection{Sample Selection}  Our parent AGN sample in \citet{Shimizu_2013} was chosen from the \bat\ 58 month catalog\footnote{\url{http://swift.gsfc.nasa.gov/results/bs58mon/}}. PSDs were constructed for all AGN with signal-to-noise greater than 20 and visually inspected to determine the viability of further analysis. In the end 30 of the AGN were analyzed using the PSRESP method from \citet{Uttley_2002}, a computationally intensive method for fitting the PSD to account for windowing effects.  Because our main goal is to measure the PSD break using the combination of \bat\ and \nustar\ PSDs, we searched the \nustar\ archive for these 30 AGN. 15/30 AGN currently have at least one publicly available \nustar\ observation. The other 15 AGN either have observations that are currently proprietary or have not had a \nustar\ observation. In Table~\ref{tab:targets} we list the  15 AGN and their \nustar\ observations. observations along with their black hole mass bolometric luminosity.  \begin{tabular}{ l l c c l c }\label{tab:targets}  Name & Type & $\log M_{\rm BH}$ & $\log L_{\rm Bol}$ & Observation Date & Exposure \\
