The projections for HL-LHC in Scenario 2 are truly impressive, and could further improve by including a second detector in the combination. The mildly model-dependent assumptions used in the fit (no exotic decays, and correlated up-type-quark couplings) are as reasonable as those used in the fit of Ref.~\cite{cite:1207:2516} Ref.~\cite{cite:1207.2516}  (no exotic decays beyond invisible decays, and gauge-boson couplings bounded from above). Within these assumptions, the ILC added value to the coupling precision does not stick out in a striking manner. In contrast, TLEP would allow to measure these couplings with the precision deemed adequate to become sensitive to multi-TeV new physics.
