Within the mildly model-dependent assumptions used in the fit -- no exotic decays, and correlated up-type-quark couplings -- the projections for HL-LHC in Scenario 2 are truly impressive, and will further improve by including the other detector (ATLAS projections are available in Ref.~\cite{1307.7292}) and additional dedicated analyses in the combination. In this challenging context, TLEP data collected at 250 and 350 GeV would enable very significant improvements on these coupling measurements well beyond the HL-LHC projected precision, and with an accuracy deemed adequate to become sensitive to multi-TeV new physics.
It should be mentioned that energy upgrades to $\sqrt{s} = 500$ GeV, and possibly to $\sqrt{s} = 1$ TeV, with integrated luminosities of $500~\infb$ and $1~\inab$, respectively, are contemplated for the ILC. An energy upgrade for TLEP up to $\sqrt{s} = 500$ GeV with similar luminosity is also
envisioned. possible. The interest of $\epem$ collision data at centre-of-mass energies above 350 GeV for Higgs boson physics is briefly discussed in Section~\ref{sec:VHE-LHC}.
