\subsection{Measurements at $\sqrt{s}=350$ GeV}  At $\sqrt{s} = 350$ GeV, the TLEP instantaneous luminosity is expected to amount to $1.3\times 10^{34} \cms$ at each interaction point (IP), in a configuration with four IPs. The total integrated luminosity, luminosity accumulated in five years,  assuming running for  $10^7$ seconds per year, is shown in Table~\ref{tab:HiggsCross350}, together with the corresponding number numbers  of Higgs bosons produced. The numbers for a run at the same centre-of-mass energy with the ILC baseline assumptions are also displayed in the table, for a direct comparison.  \begin{table}  \begin{center}  \caption{Table~\ref{tab:HiggsCross350}: Integrated luminosity for thephysics programme of  TLEP (summed of the four IPs) and ILC ar at  $\sqrt{s} = 350$ GeV. GeV, with the baseline collider parameters.  No beam polarization is assumed for TLEP. For the comparison with linear colliders, the The  ${\rm e}^-$ (${\rm e}^+$) beam of ILC is supposed assumed  to be polarized at a level of 80\% (30\%). The total numbers of Higgs boson produced in the Higgs-strahlung process and in the WW-fusion process (plus interference) are also indicated.\label{tab:HiggsCross350}} \begin{tabular}{|r|r|r|}  \hline Collider & TLEP 350 & ILC 350 \\ \hline  \hline Total Integrated Luminosity ($\small \inab$) & {\bf 2.6} & 0.35\\
