Role of visual outcomes models in informing the public about government's intentions
Thinking conceptually, what would be the characteristics of good tools for communicating government's outcomes and intentions to the public and stakeholders? They would be: easy to access; allow one to both overview government intentions and also to quickly drill-down for the detail; able to be used by a range of stakeholders; flexible (in the sense of being able to be quickly amend and kept up to date).
