Thinking conceptually, what would be the characteristics of good tools for communicating government’s outcomes and intentions to the public and stakeholders? They would be: easy to access; allow one to both overview government intentions and also to quickly drill-down for the detail; able to be used by a range of stakeholders; flexible (in the sense of being able to be quickly amend and kept up to date).
