DWI and corresponding ADC images show diffusion restriction in intraorbital segment of bilateral optic nerves (R>L) suggesting acute optic nerve infarction. T2 weighted axial and coronal images show inflammatory mucosal thickening in right frontal,ethmoid and bilateral maxillary sinuses with fat stranding within intra and extraconal fat posterior to orbital septum consistent with postseptal cellulitis. The right optic nerveis  also appears  hyperintense on T2 weighted images.
