To solve this problem, there a three step plan has been formulated to benefit society Gluten and
to increase awareness regarding the importance of proper dietary habits and to improve nutrition related awareness. The plan consists of actions to be taken immediately and provides for short and long term solutions to improve the situation of nutrition, to dispel misconceptions of fad diets that “improve health significantly,” and to provide for long term research grants to improve the research regarding health and nutrition.
The immediate solution in the three part plan involved the usage of PSAs, billboards, TV ads, and other methods of public announcements to inform individuals of the importance of following proper dietary habits. The purpose of the advertisements and announcements will be to accomplish the immediate disillusionment of the possible advantages of quick methods to become healthy such as fad diets or weight loss pills. By implementing these methods immediately, more of the public can be informed in a rapid manner, aiding the prevention of ridiculous alternatives to proper dietary habits. This step of the three part plan will involve expenditures of around $15,000 to provide for the variety of methods used to convey information, but is an investment to improve health gradually with support from the short-term and long-term steps in the plan.
