\textbf{A.} Timing of prophase, metaphase and citokinesis were annotated from single cell traces (indicated by a red star). Time goes from top left to bottom right, the indicated times correspond to the first snapshot of each row. The cell shown was imaged at $60$x magnification.  \textbf{B.} \revalphaYFP signal (black) corresponding to the cell shown in panel A. The circadian phase is shown in blue and the annotated prophase, metaphase and citokinesis are indicated by the vertical red bars. Note that prophase onset coincide with the nuclear envelop breakdown, as reflected by the dip of the \revalphaYFP signal.  \textbf{C.} The location of prophase (red) metaphase (blue) and citokinesis (black) is shown in the $(\theta, \phi)$ plane. Dots correspond to $20$x magnification and the crosses to $60$x. The velocity of traces passing trough the light green (blue) rectangle is shown in panel D.  \textbf{D.} The phase velocity in the $\theta$ direction is shown plotted for two groups of traces around the division. The first one (light green) does not pass through the deceleration region around $(0.75, 0.8)$ while the second one (light blue) does. Vertical bars indicate the mean phase of prophase, metaphase and citokinesis, and the estimated distribution are shown on top.
