The basic operators represents the canonical operators used for process tailoring. They are not final operators. The are used to build the high level operators.  * **Extend**: Allows to extend a base process. Represents the first operator performed during a tailoring activity (Figure 4).  * **Suppress**: Allows to suppress a task from a reused base process (Figure 5).  * **Contribute**: (Figure 6).  * **Modify**: (Figure 7).
