# Introduction  The software development area - as other areas - faces a very competitive scenario. Maximizes human resources and deliver better softwares with low costs are a goal gold. Companies had heavily invested in software process development improvement as strategy to achieve this goal.  The research This document describes the work  madepreviously  during the _Tópicos Especiais em Engenharia de  Software Reuse class has observed 2_ course. This course was taught by Dsc Claudia Werner and was hold during the second period of the 2015 PESC academic year. The work was  a continuation of the research started during the _Reutilização de Software_ course (also taught by Dsc Claudia Werner during the first 2015 academic period).  The This first research was about Software Processes Composition. It involved a basic literature review and produced a document that shows some important related articles and describes some problems that we believes that are related to the Software Processes Composition. In contrast with the first research - that involved a more theoretical investigation - the  work of described in  this class consisted document had a more practical aspect. It consisted, among other things,  inimplements some concepts studies during  the Software Reuse class. implementation of an API that provides some operators for Processes Composition and Processes Tailoring. This operators manipulates only processes described in BPMN and was firstly introduced by Duran and Pillat. The work also involved to integrate this API with a web application called ProcessHub Web.  At ## Motivation  The software development area - as other areas - faces a very competitive scenario. We truly  that moment the research focus organizations could have benefits  in studies adopting techniques of Business Process Managment to improve  the current scenario quality of their services. This adoption inevitably requires Processes Composition and Tailoring. This work had a small contribution in this area since it explore some real problems  related to BPMN operators, speciallly with Processes  Composition and Processes  Tailoring operators. for the BPMN.
