Discover Planet RR245

A new dwarf planet has been found past Neptune. It's about 435 miles wide (just over 5% the width of the Earth) and has one of the largest orbits of any known dwarf planet. Planet RR245 is 19 billion kilometers from the sun at its farthest point which means it takes about 700 years to orbit the sun!

NIH to Fund Monitoring of US Olympic Team's Exposure to Zika

US researchers backed by NIH plan to perform a Zika study with 1000 US Olympic athletes and staff. Scientists will monitor for exposure to the virus in Brazil to better understand where it resides in the body and the risks Zika poses.
