Results and Conclusion
HPLC analysis showed radiochemical yield of 66.74±0.26 % (n=3) and after purification radiochemical purity of 95.46±1.12% (n=3). The compound was stable for at least 4 hours, demonstrating the possibilities to apply [18F]AlF-NOTA-CTHRSSVVC to in vitro studies. This work showed that was possible to obtain a new radiotracer with good yield.3
