Mr. Jocher received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University in 2004. A modeling and simulation expert with over 10 years of industry experience on various Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) contracts, Mr. Jocher currently leads Ultralytics' modeling and simulation efforts on several government funded scientific initiatives.
Mr. Jocher has authored several unclassified peer-reviewed scientific papers on the development of technologies required to support US counter-proliferation missions leveraging recent developments in the fields of neutron and electron antineutrino detection technologies, as well as independently developed enhanced structure from motion (SFM) techniques for 3D scene reconstruction from static imagery or live EO video streams. In 2014 Mr. Jocher founded Ultralytics with the core mission of better serving the IC and DoD research communities.
