    Authorea Help

Each Authorea article has two standard label that can be used for bookkeeping and to maintain a blog, respectively: the Archive and the Blog label. They can be set by clicking on the tag icon next to the paper titles in the main page.

    • The Archive label allows to hide articles from the main page. Nothing to worry, though, the articles are not deleted and you can still access them using their link, or go and fetch them in the “Archive page” accessible at the bottom of the user page. Note that archiving public articles will not make them private. Also note that putting an Archive label on a paper shared with different collaborators will not affect them and the article will only be hidden from your view.

    • The Blog label allows to manage a blog page. You can find more information on how to manage an Authorea blog here.
