BRICS; Brazil (Federative Republic of Brazil) Russia (Russian
Federation), India (Republic of India), China (People’s Republic of
China),South Africa (Republic of South Africa) countries and the method
which is used. Our claim is the fact that the economic growth doesn’t
represent the welfare increase by itself. This study has made with this
