I am a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Policy Research Scholar and Scholars Strategy Network member. I serve on the editorial boards of Journal of Correctional Health Care, World Medical and Health Policy, AJPM Focus, and Public Integrity. Formerly, I was a USAID Research and Innovation fellow and a Fulbright grantee to South Africa. I am currently completing JD and PhD degrees.
I use mixed methods to analyze how policy, law, ethics, and management operate at the nexus of criminal legal and health systems and influence political determinants and socio-economic differences regarding health, healthcare access, and criminal legal involvement.
