A total of 24 rats were randomly assigned to the following four groups: control group, ATV group, DXM group, and ATV+DXM group. Based on the oral dosage of CSDH patients, the dose for rats is 0.27 mg/100 g atorvastatin calcium and 0.02 mg/100 g dexamethasone acetate, which were administered via oral gavage daily.
