pruritic rash that came on 3 weeks following the COVID Moderna
vaccination booster. She has a complex background history with CKD stage
5 secondary to autosomal polycystic kidney disease, and she was awaiting
a renal transplant for this.</div><div>Subsequently following the rash, she developed a period of desquamation
and over the following 6 months a tan like colour to her skin,
especially torso, back and limbs with evidence of tiny white crystals
over the superficial layer in keeping with a diagnosis of uraemic frost.
Treatment involves renal replacement therapy.</div><div>Written informed consent was obtained from the patient to publish this
report in accordance with the journal’s patient consent policy” on the
