Introduction:
Ebstein’s anomaly is an uncommon congenital malformation that can
associated with atrial septal defect and atrio-fascicular Mahaim. Here
we report a known case of Ebstein’s anomaly with atrial septal defect
and concomitant atrio-fascicular Mahaim pathway who underwent atrial
septal defect device closure and concurrent ablation of accessory
pathway.
key clinical message : Careful paramedical examination can
benefit the patient by avoiding to undergo an invasive treamtment
