Conclusion
Keratosis pilaris (KP) is a common disorder, multifactorial, affecting
predominantly the extensor surfaces of the extremities. The cause is not
fully understood. It occurs in children peaks in adolescence. Keratosis
pilaris is usually asymptomatic and associated with skin conditions like
atopic dermatitis. Keratosis pilaris tends to improve with age without treatment .There was no previous report in the association
between testosterone injection and keratosis pilaris. This the first
reported case noted.
