Shortness of breath after childbirth is not an uncommon presentation to
Emergency Department. Differentials can be divided broadly into cardiac
and non-cardiac causes. We encountered a case with postpartum shortness
of breath, she was managed as a case of iatrogenic pulmonary edema with
diuretics.
