2.4.Calculation of tick dispersion
Arcmap 10.4.1 software and interpolation with Inverse Distance Weighted
(IDW) were used to analyze tick dispersion and to assess the
distribution of disease vectors hot spots. The General G formula was
used to determine the pattern of distribution of all Crimean Congo
disease species and main vectors including Hyalomma marginatumand H.anatolicum in the study region.
