Abstract A case of a supraclavicular cystic mass arising from the
brachial plexus and histologically confirmed to be a schwannoma is
presented. Due to its low accuracy, FNAC should not be used as an
ultimate diagnostic tool. Complete surgical removal while maintaining
the nerve trunk was performed.
