This report describes the case of an 84-year-old male who was brought to the emergency room because a dental bur was swallowed accidentally during a dental procedure. The foreign body was successfully removed by gastroenterologists endoscopically 8 days after the ingestion and was identified as a 2-cm-long dental bur.

A 75-year-old male presented with an immediately threatened grade IIb acute ischemia of the left leg due to thrombosis of a femoro-infrapopliteal prosthetic bypass graft. After an urgent Computed Tomography Angiography, an urgent graft thrombectomy was performed using a 5 Fr Fogarty catheter, which had a troublesome distal passage.

Keratoacanthomas (KA) are epithelial tumors that present as rapidly evolving nodules with a central hyperkeratotic plug, and occasionally show signs of spontaneous regression. A 21-years-old patient strongly refused the diagnostic biopsy and insisted on a non surgical treatment. He was successfully treated with imiquimod 5% cream.

A 77-year-old woman was admitted to our emergency department complaining of abdominal pain. Computed tomography was performed and showed aerobilila and a large 5.1 cm gallstone lodged in the small intestine. She underwent emergency surgery. Intraoperative findings noted small bowel obstruction caused by a large gallstone.

A 34-year-old woman presented due to progressive painful swelling around the nail of the right index finger. Onychectomy and drainage of the abscess of the affected finger were performed as the inflammation was progressive despite the previous antibiotic therapy. The microbiological culture revealed a ciprofloxacin-susceptible Citrobacter braakii.

A 14-year-old boy presented to our Emergency Department complaining of fever, and abdominal pain. An abdominal computed tomography showed a large abscess of the spleen. Percutaneous aspiration of the lesion was performed. Splenectomy was performed 38 days after percutaneous aspiration because of the abscess's considerable size.

Α 59-year-old female presented to our hospital with epigastric pain. A computed tomography scan of the abdomen revealed a foreign body in the head of pancreas. A laparoscopic surgery was performed and the foreign body was safely removed. The foreign body was identified as a 3-cm-long fish bone.

A 70-year-old male presented with a neglected slow growing anal wart for many years with bleeding.A deep core biopsy of the tumor confirmed a high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion and carcinoma in situ.
