The scope of research in this research is based on an image of the cultural sights of Phetchaburi province. The photo of Wat Mahathat was taken by the researchers to take pictures manually. The process of creating a secure descriptive sound tool to attach with a photo. The procedure for working as follows 1. Take the photos at various attracted places 2. Recording the descriptive sound and conversing to image sound 3. Encrypting the sound's image 4. Concatenate the sound's image below the desired photo. The program has been developed to work with the following details:
Sound recording and converse to sound's image which it can use the voice recorder application on the smartphone. After that, apply the sound's image file to convert the value from the decimal number type to an integer number so that the format can be saved in the picture format. In addition, a one dimensional sound data conversion is required as a two dimensional image.
