Study PR functionality. ( OH-, H2O, H3O+ )

Tasks:
1- Test PR fluctuations by:
        a) Increasing N in the cluster definition [  ]
                    ( N will be defined in its core from the number of Oxygens + surrounding Hydrogens for OH, H2O or H3O centers + H of surrounding water molecules).
                    N_H2O = [ 2(4) , 4(8), 6(12), 10(20), 14(38), 20(40) ] This serves as a reference for the PR scale with given N for O in water. Legend:N_O(N_H)
                    N_OH / N_H3O =   Starting with the Water simulation, perform a bias on one H to dissociate the H2O toward OH-H3O keeping the N cluster fixed. Calculate PR on O for different HO--H distances fixing N in the cluster selection (N scans the same range as the water system).
                    a.1) For each N, scan different values of parameters n0 and r0 to tune PR weighting function to differenciate between OH and H3O species at the point where it correlates
        b) For a fix N increasing the number of interconnected LINKS (connectivity)
