Also, you will certainly need citations! Insert citationsa through the Insert menu. You can search for citations by the name of the paper, name of the authors, DOI, etc. Here are 2 random citations to 2 of my papers: \cite{Shporer_2010} and  \citet{Bianco_2014}. I got the propoer formatting of the name for the second one by clicking on it and changing the Format. Notice that at the end of the paper now there is a Reference session with the citations expanded. You can click on the citations above to get to the Reference session and there you can click on a link to the publication.
