The tables reported mean with standard deviation for variables that are normally distributed and median with interquartile range is reported for variables that do not have a normal distribution. For group-comparisons we used a one-way test with a regular variance assumption for continuous and the Chi-Square test for categorical variables. For continuous non-normal variables the Kruskal test was used.
