Trivalent lanthanides (Ln=Eu3+,Tb3+) doped in Gd2O2S phosphor screen were fabricated by using simple binder-sedimentation method. The samples were synthesized using gamma irradiation with and without PVP and CTAB as in our previous studied. The morphology of the screen were observed using Field Emmission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM). The screen properties such as luminescent efficiency and spatial resolution were measured using luxmeter and MTF evaluation, respectively. An edge method was used to determine modulation transfer function (MTF) and radiation source was from x-ray machine (Titant). The
