An experiment on diffraction studies was conducted on various structures. The diffraction pattern obtained was studied, and various key observations were made, specially in the case of helical structures. The goal of the experiment was to identify certain key features that could allow us to identify the size, shape and various other structural parameters in order to categorise the probed object; such a technique could prove to be very useful in finding out the structures of proteins and various other biomolecules from their X Ray diffraction studies.
