We are the part of a busy and stressful world. The passion to achieve something great and fulfilling dreams makes most of the people to make the use of their abilities, skills and talents to the extreme fullest levels. Well, there is nothing wrong in dreaming big and following dreams; however that may lead us to engage in restless activities and hamper our healthy lifestyle. Most of the physical and mental health disorders in recent years are the results of unhealthy and incorrect lifestyles. There would be no proper schedule and code of conduct for consuming daily meals, peaceful sleep and taking sufficient time for daily exercise.
