In May, 1984 Dimitrius Anagnos completed his A.O.S. in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He has since worked coast to coast in the USA, Europe, USVI and Australia and completed numerous continuing educational programs in health, wealth, personal, professional, and spiritual improvement. Dimitri is currently CEO and President of a multi-million dollar company.
