  2. Lower your body keeping back flat till your chest grazes the ground

  1. Lie on machine torso and legs at 90 degrees
  2. Slowly lower platform until legs form a 90 degree angle
  3.  with heels of your feet with heels of your feet and quadriceps return to starting position
Sprint
- treadmill

  1.  start with slow pace on treadmill in order to warm up
  2. When ready increase speed to maximum ability
  3. After running for 30 seconds cool down by jogging or walking
lunges

  2.  with weights in hand step forward with one leg and lower your hips
  3. Repeat with opposite leg

  3. Lower body keeping one knee bent and the other straight
  4. Repeat with other leg
