Note that either a time window or cadence must be specified before an observation can be submitted. After this is added, something like Figure \ref{fig:CompletedRequest} should be displayed. Note the addition of the time window on the bottom, and the green check mark on the upper right, indicating a block request that seems well-formed. Hovering over the green check will reveal the expected duration of the block, with overheads. Note that if you try to click the Submit button without adding a title for the observations, you will be prompted to add one. Once all the criteria are in place, the Submit button will switch from grayed-out to active and you can submit the observations.

After a successful submission, the observation will show up in the list of submitted requests, as shown in Fig. \ref{fig:SubmittedExpanded}. The user can click the trash can icon to cancel the observation.
