Abstract
The aim of this report is to explain how to apply a vector control methodology over the current of a passive RL load using a code implemented in a F28335 controller in order to control its magnitude to be synchronized with the grid using an arbitrary power factor. The report also includes an explanation of the hardware board (PCB) that needs to perform all the transformation between all the components simulating the grid including the voltage sensors and the power stage components (DC link and current sensors) for the correct interface between the controller and the power stage, beside the other operations between them as the fault detection and DC link relay control.
