Michelle Reed is Open Education Librarian at the University of Texas at Arlington Libraries. She advocates for and leads efforts to support the adoption, adaptation, and creation of open educational resources. Prior to UTA, she supported both information literacy and scholarly communication initiatives at the University of Kansas Libraries. Michelle is the 2016 recipient of the American Library Association’s Carroll Preston Baber Research Grant for an open data project that explores undergraduate perspectives on Open Access and copyright.
