Abstract

Microchannel reactors are being widely used in the fields such as chemical synthesis, catalytic reactions, high temperature, and high pressure reactions because of their green, accurate, and controllable benefits. In this paper, a model of reaction kinetics was established based on 1-tetradecene and sulfur trioxide solution as raw materials, and the reaction kinetic parameters were calculated based on the experimental data under the microscale conditions using the differential method, and the reaction kinetic model was verified. The results showed that the kinetic equation of 1-tetradecene sulfonation reaction in the microchannel reactor was established, the preexponential factor A, activation energy Ea of the reaction and the 95% confidence interval of them were made sure.
