Abstract

Cases with coexistence of myeloproliferative neoplasms related gene mutations and BCR-ABL are rare. Herein, A 61-year-old female was identified as CML with BCR-ABL gene fusion and CALR exon 9 mutation, which is eventually diagnosed Chronic myeloid leukemia with CALR mutation.
