Abstract

We introduce a novel three-dimensional (3D) mapping technique to approach a mid-septal accessory pathway (AP) ablation in a 21-year-old male with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, this technique allowed the correct identification and localization of the AP and lead to a successful single shot ablation.
