Abstract
The mental health standard formulated by the World Health Organization
has the insufficiency of single ideal; Based on the factual logic of
human life activities, we put forward the theory of five dimensions of
personality, including ideal dimension, self-return dimension, practical
dimension, prohibitive dimension and in-itself dimension. In the actual
mental health education activities, the theory of five dimensions of
personality can provide us with more operable developmental goals and
corrective techniques.
