Abstract
Hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma mimics various infectious diseases,
immunological conditions, and other malignancies. Because there is no
lymph node involvement, it causes difficulty in diagnosing lymphoma and
significant delays in the initiation of treatment. This type of lymphoma
should be considered in the presence of hepatosplenomegaly and
cytopenia.
