E-commerce has been a major domain in our life for a decade but regional
E-commerce is missing. E-commerce has utilized the great features of
predictive modeling techniques in providing some improved and convincing
services to the customers and supports regional business growth as well.
Customers' past choices, give feedback and any other previous data can
be analyzed to make predictions for future preferences by the customer
and the offers on products that can be provided. In the current
research, regional data on Indian products and demographic data of
Indian Citizens have been collected. Algorithms have been proposed for
all the modules as per involved processes since data collection, and
data cleaning till similarity calculation. User-user similarity has been
calculated for a new user entry and the results have been presented as
